We are looking for a part time Assistant Coach who is an inspiring role model, desires to work with youth, and has competitive swimming experience.Responsibilities include:Interacts well with children and adolescents ages 3-18Keeps open communication with fellow coaches and parentsPrepares daily swim workoutsEnthusiastically manages multiple lanes with multiple swimmers in each laneFollows direction of the San Benito Aquatics Board of Directors and Head CoachAble to work 3-5 evenings per week and weekend meets as neededOccasionally assists Lesson CoordinatorRequirements:Background Check, CPR, Water Safety Training or Lifeguard Certification, USA Swimming Coaching Membership RequirementsIf not current, must be obtained as soon as possible.Pay is hourly and will reflect experience.
