Assistant Swim Coach Friends’ Central Aquatics – Wynnewood, PA 19096 Part-timeFriends’ Central Aquatics (FCA), a comprehensive, year-around USA swim program located in Wynnewood, PA, has openings for Assistant Age Group Coaches. These are great opportunities to become part of a successful, growing club.Club: FCA has approximately 200 swim team members and practices out of 2 pools: one located at Friends’ Central School and the other at Bryn Mawr College.Position: FCA seeks qualified applicants to serve as assistant coaches for any of the Novice, Junior I, and Junior II groups.Responsibilities : These are part time positions; hours per week depend on availability and flexibility of schedule. Practices are weekday evenings and during the day on the weekends.Qualifications : Applicants should be certified in CPR and water safety and become a registered coach with United States Swimming, or have the ability to be certified before being hired. Previous competitive swimming and / or coaching experience is highly preferred, but not required.Compensation : Pay is commensurate with experience.Miscellaneous: FCA runs a large Swim School on Saturday mornings and offers private and semi-private lessons provide.
