Located in Cedar Knolls, NJ, the prospective candidate would be working with children and teens on our 100+ member team. This year-round swim team is a YMCA and USA Swimming sanctioned team.Responsibilities:Creating and executing goal driven practicesReviewing and submitting meet entriesCoaching and mentoring swimmers during swim meetsAvailability includes weeknights and weekends.Qualifications:Previous Coaching/Instructing experience requiredAmerican Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification or equivalent.American Red Cross Safety Training for Swim CoachesUSA Swimming certifications and YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving a plus.Experience with swim meet and team management software such as Team Manager, Meet Manager and Team Unify a plus.Regular Part Time employees have the benefit of a Membership at the Greater Morristown YMCA.
