Assistant Swim Team Coach Martinsville-Henry County Family YMCA – Martinsville, VA 24112 $8 an hour – Part-timeThis position will assist the Martinsville Marlins Head Coaches by assisting with practices for swimmers ages 10 to 18.
This coach will be responsible for planning practice session, delivering a well developed age-appropriate training session and to provide relative feedback during practice sessions. Coaches are expected to attend swim meets as needed; the team practices every Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the coaches are expected to attend all practice sessions.The ability to swim and to demonstrate swim strokes is a must.All applicants must pass criminal background checks through the Virginia State Police and the Virginia Department of Social Services Child Protective Services.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $8.00 /hour
