Assistant Swim Team Coach (USAS) City of Dublin, Ohio – Dublin, OH $10.50 – $14.50 an hour – Part-timeUnder the direction of the Aquatics Program Coordinator, the Assistant Swim Team Coach will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in directing the USAS team at the Dublin Community Recreation Center. Examples of Duties: The Assistant Swim Team Coach will be involved with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Designing and running practice sessions; Evaluating swimmer ability; Assisting in setting swimmer goals; Coordinating activities with boosters; and, Assisting in various needed administrative tasks. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent certification. Must be at least 18 years of age (at least 21 years of age preferred). Must have prior competitive swimming experience. Current certification in Safety Training for Swim Coaches. Current certification in American Red Corss CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Current certification in American Red Cross First Aid. Preferred Qualifications: Prior swim team coaching experience preferred or any equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, and/or education.
