Swim lesson instruction and water exercise instruction. 2. Know and understand the Kroc Center Hawaii Aquatics program, including classes, swimming levels, skills taught in each level, and the requirements for passing each level. 3. Evaluate students and recommend appropriate classes for their skill levels. 4. Provide corrective and positive feedback to students to ensure learning and a positive atmosphere. 5. Cover all materials required in a class. Complete student evaluations, reports and records. Maintain confidentiality of all information and documents received. 6. Have all instructional equipment ready before lessons begin and put all equipment away at the end of lessons. 7. Communicate regularly with participants and parents. 8. Recognize distressed swimmers and provide the necessary assistance. 9. Know, understand and enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules and regulations. 10. Never leave students unattended. 11.
