You focus will be supporting our national Franchisee Network’s further growth, supporting them in all aspects of continuing to deliver our service at the standards that we are famous for. Your other main goal will be to ensure that all our franchisees are trained to launch successfully as they join us.The Qualifications and Experience That We Need?A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years operations management experience, some marketing experiences would be advantageous too.A minimum of 5 years management experience with in a franchised operation.Experience of managing compliance for a services business.Great IT skills and experience of using technology to benefit the business.History of Revenue Driven results that can be discussed in detail.Be Analytic and have the ability to review a variety of historical resultsAbility to communicate fluently in English with Spanish skills desirableWhat Are We Looking For?Have you established a track record of leading a small team to success across diverse locations?Have you experience in franchising – ideally in an education or fitness environment already?Have you a record of creating great systems and support structures that help business success?Have you a history of promoting and increasing customer satisfaction?Have you previous experience of managing business resources within budget?This position is a salaried position and will require out of state travel as a supplement to the support role.
