Job Description

Seasonal Aquatics Director for North Shore (Chicago) Swim and Racquets Club.  A private club with large junior membership is in search of an Aquatics Director to lead our swim and pool programs.  We have a long history of excellence in our swim teams and are looking to recapture that through exciting swim programs, great instruction and a motivated staff.

One of the nicest pool facilities in the area, with a kiddie pool, full size swimming pool and separate diving well.  Adult and child locker rooms are in the pavilion attached to the pool area.

Oversee swimming pool complex, lifeguards, assistant coaches.  Promote swimming as a lifestyle.

Seasonal salary and percentage of all swim lessons.
