Aquatics Instructor Substitute

Job Summary

Provide membership with a safe, friendly environment that makes them feel welcome and overall will enhance the members’ fitness experience.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, outgoing and have a service-oriented personality. The Fitness Instructor is responsible for ensuring that the members adhere to all wellness and safety policies while using the Fitness facility. This position requires the Fitness Attendant to work in a team environment at times and also be to work independently and support the Fitness Center. This is a part-time position; Monday / Wednesday / Friday 10am – 11am.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Setting up equipment prior to class
• Greeting members as they come into the class
• Teaching Aqua Class
• Educating members on correct form and alternative movements
• Putting equipment away after class is over

Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness or Aqua Certification
• Current CPR and AED/First Aid Certification
