POSITION SUMMARY:  
The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct safe and fun group swim lessons, as well as individual 1-on-1 lessons, while adhering to a standard curriculum. Swim Instructors will motivate members and guests to overcome their fear of water, increase swim technique, and gain self-confidence in the pool. Other duties include administrative tasks related to scheduling and client management. No experience is required! We will help you get trained and certified.
Through November 11th Swim Instructors will earn a $5.00 bonus for each private and semi-private swim lesson serviced!

QUALIFICATIONS:
  •         Familiarity with aquatics industry
  •         Swimming proficiency
  •         Minimum of 1year instructing swim lessons preferred
  •         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •         Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 16 years of age and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First AID/AED for the Professional Rescuer); or
  •         Minimum 18 years of age and American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  •        High School diploma preferred
