The Connection in Summit, NJ, known for its excellent aquatic programs, is seeking experienced swim instructors to join our team. In this position:

· You will be responsible for teaching safe pool and water practices to each student while instructing swimming skills and techniques in a manner which is both beneficial and safe.

· You will ensure the safety and well-being of all class and program participants during youth and/or adult classes.

Requirements

Experience teaching swim classes. Must be comfortable with teaching all age groups.

Lifeguard/CPR/AED required.

Will be required to take on lifeguarding shifts.

Must be mentally alert to dangerous situations to assure the safety of all swimmers.

Must be physically and mentally able to respond to emergencies and administer CPR and
First Aid effectively.

Hours

Weekdays from 3:30-6:30p and Saturdays from 9a-12p

Compensation
