Lead Age Group Coach Olympic Cascade Aquatics – Mercer Island, WA Part-timeOlympic Cascade Aquatics (OCA) is seeking an enthusiastic coach to add to its staff. The selected person will be the lead coach for 2 of our age group programs.OCA is a 150-member, coach-owned swim team located near Seattle, Washington. It is made up of dedicated families and highly accomplished swimmers. The team regularly places in the top ten of Pacific Northwest Swimming despite its small size. OCA’s experienced coaching staff collaborates across all training groups to create an effective developmental progression as well as fun and productive practice environments.Schedule varies throughout the week and requires some weekend practice time. Swim meets occur 2 – 3 times per month.Candidate must have experience teaching or coaching children, and have an aquatics background.Compensation: Competitive hourly rate depends on experience. Potential for salaried position and benefits after six months.Job Type: Part-time
