Estimated start date: February 17, 2017 Estimated end date: May 12, 2017 Hours of work: Monday and Friday mornings, 5:30-7:30 am Total hours of work per week: 5 Required knowledge, skills & abilities: Must have experience writing and coaching a masters swim program (ages 18+). Will need to be comfortable working with both high level swimmers, triathletes, and with non-competitive swimmers new to a master’s workout program. It is expected that the Masters Coach will arrive on time to open pool and put lane lines in if needed. Minimum qualifications: Past adult coaching experience and Lifeguard certification.
