Pre-Competitive & Competitive Coach Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness – Milpitas, CA 95035 $15 an hour – Part-timeRequired to teach at least to 4 hours a week of swim lessons scheduled regularly per weekRequired to learn all levels of the swim program, attend all in-water trainings, safety marshall training, and lecture series.
Must have experience in competitive swimming, working with children, and previous experience as a swim instructor or competitive swim coachMust be at least 17 years of ageWill be scheduled to teach swim lessons for 3 months observation and must get approval by Managers, Master Instructor, and COO before attaining job position as Pre-comp & Competitive CoachTrain swimmers in all competitive strokes, starts, turns, and finishes per USA Swimming standardsCreate workouts and have them approved by the Master Instructor
