Candidate must love working with kids of all ages, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and have knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes. Leads group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels. Creates a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive customer experience. JOB FUNCTIONS *Greets, acknowledges, engages and interacts with swimmers & parents. *Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all customers. *Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with participants. *Responds to member questions regarding Sea Star’s programs, policies and procedures. *Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns. *Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.Required experience:Customer Service and Teaching Swimming and Management: 2 years
