Swim Instructors/ Swim Team Coaches (Part-Time) Town of Brookline – Brookline, MA Part-timeThe Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center in Brookline is accepting applications for several Part-time positions. Seeking Swim Instructors, Swim Instructor Aides, Masters Swim Team Coach and Swim Team Coaches.Swim Instructors/ Swim Instructor Aides require a current certification in American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (preferred) and/or experience teaching progressive-level group swim lessons. Minimum age is 16 years old. Aides require a current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training (or equivalent) and/or experience assisting with group swim lessons. Minimum age is 15 years old.Masters Swim Team Coach/Swim Team Coaches require at least one season coaching competitive swim team: age group, club or US. Ability to effectively design and administer challenging workouts to U.S. Master Swimmers; coaching or teaching adults preferred. Practices are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:15 – 7:30am. Minimum age is 21 years old. Swim team coaches require at least one season coaching competitive swim team: age group, club or US. Weekday afternoons and evenings; some weekends during swim meet season (November through March). Minimum age is 18 years old.Several shifts available for all positions, weekends possible. Competitive pay and excellent working conditions for all positions.
