Swimmer hurt in last week’s stormsThursday, February 23, 2017. To the wonderful people of Southern California Swimming, A sweet young lady on our Aquazot team was in a tragic accident last weekend during the massive storms that hit the region.  Teresa Johnston, 13, was crushed by a falling tree in her neighborhood.  You can read more about her story at the YouCaring site via the link below. We are humbly asking the swimming community at large to help us support this lovely family, in prayer, encouragement and finances.  As we all know, the ties that bind us in the pool are even stronger out of the water. Teresa is beloved by her teammates and our team is asking for your support. We truly appreciate all of your kindness and support.   https://www.youcaring.com/teresajohnston-760939?fb_action_ids=10211290097829730&fb_action_types=youcaringcomdonate http://ktla.com/2017/02/20/13-year-old-irvine-girl-suffers-severe-brain-trauma-after-tree-falls-on-her-during-storm/ http://abc7.com/news/irvine-girl-13-seriously-injured-after-tree-falls-on-her-during-storm/1764523/
