Anaheim Aquatics Association – Anaheim Hills, CA Part-timeThe Anaheim Aquatics Association (AAA) is actively recruiting an Age Group Coach. We are seeking a top tier coach to take our age group program to the next level while continuing to honor the strong traditions associated with AAA.Responsibilities for age group position: The age group coach is responsible for running practices for children ages 12 and under. Practice times during the school year are from about 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm weekdays. Saturday practices are from 6:30 am until 8:30 am. Summer practices are held in the mornings only. Participation at swim meets and other team activities is also required.Requirements for this position: The individual should be a high energy, positive person, displaying good communication skills, working well with swimmers, parents and other coaching staff. The coach should also be familiar with using HY-Tek Team Manager. CPR, First Aid and Safety Training for Swim Coaches. ASCA certification level 1 is required and United States swimming level 1 preferred. The individual should have at least 3 years of coaching experience with USA Swimming.This is a part time position. Salary is competitive (commensurate with qualifications and experience) and further opportunities exist for technique private lessons and working summer swim program.
