Varsity Swim Assistant Coach Norfolk Chrsitian Schools – Norfolk, VA Part-timeWe are looking for a strong Christian swim coach to assist with our varsity swim program. Our season starts in November and finishes up in February. Practices are Monday-Friday from 3:30-5:30. There will be 1-2 meets during the week, as well as the conference and state championships that are held during the second and third weekends in February. We will host one home meet during the year in which the swim coaches are responsible for organizing and running. Coaches are responsible for daily practice plans, athlete management, equipment management, leading their team in daily prayer and weekly devotions. Coaches answer directly to the athletic department and must maintain the highest level of communication with the Assistant Athletic Directors, as well as parents and athletes.
